Seminar_Registration_&_Fees: The course fee is US$1095* and includes course study materials, refreshment breaks and lunches.

To register for a seminar use this registration form or call Seminars For Engineers Customer Service at 1.877.755.2272 or 1.973.560.9092. Credit card charge information or a purchase order must accompany the registration. Telephone, fax, website, mail or email registrations must be guaranteed with a credit card or purchase order. Early enrollment is recommended due to limited class size. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and priority is established by the date of receipt of payment. Those desiring to enroll after the cancellation deadline should first verify that space is available by calling the above telephone number.

*Cost of registration after 9/26/2008 is US$1,195.

Time: Seminar hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day unless otherwise indicated in the course description.

Hotel_Reservations: Hotel arrangements and related matters are the responsibility of each registrant. You can book your stay at the Hyatt Place Chicago / Schaumburg in advance at a special group rate by calling 1.847.330.1060 and asking for rooms designated for the Seminars For Engineers seminar group.

Cancellations: If you must cancel, call Customer Service at 1.877.755.2272 or 1.973.560.9092 to obtain a cancellation number. Cancellation between eleven (11) and twenty (20) days from the first seminar day is subject to $150 cancellation fee. Cancellation within ten (10) days of the first seminar day is subject to forfeiture of the full seminar fee or a future credit.
